Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.

Chicago is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Chicago follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

First of all. Iβm sure many had read the reviews and sees everyone mentions a server named Zaid. His great reputation precedes him. The man provided the best customer service I ever had. I would leave a 5 stars review solely just for him. Shout out to our guy Zaid! As the food. It is simply delicious. Those Japanese A5 beef is worth the extra cost. I never left an establishment so satisfied before!

I highly recommend upgrading to the Wagyu option. It does cost more, but the quality is absolutely worth it. The Wagyu literally melts in your mouth, and it's something every meat lover should try at least once. The staff member taking care of our table was very friendly, attentive, and did a great job explaining the menu and options. We visited on a weekend, so the restaurant was extremely busy, but the service was still impressively fast and efficient. Great quality meat, excellent service, and a fun dining experience overall. I would definitely come back for the Wagyu again!

The overall experience was good for the adults. We dropped $800 for the experience... we're visiting the area and had 2 toddlers with us... a 4yr old and 5 yr old.. Next time, I wont take kids to this place. My 4yr old was a little bit taller by 1/4 of the cut off and we paid half price for her at $44.. she is a tiny thing and she barely ate anything... for $44.. Dont take kids!! The staff were super nice and attentive. AYCE and self service drinks. They had water, the milk teas and ice cream station.

We had stayed in Chinatown and this was our first stop. It took a bit to get seated even when we had a reservation (at 9:30pm), but the service was great once seated. We ordered off the tablet and the food came out quick. The server will help cook your high end Wagyu, then you're responsible for cooking everything else. The place has a nice vibe for a date night. The meats were high quality and the all you can eat (for all tier section) had a lot of great options. You can probably get away with the silver tier (we got gold) since those options are limited on what you get. See menu for explanation. If you leave hungry, you're not order enough or fast enough! Haha Highly recommend!

Delicious food, great service! Our server Aselia was super helpful and attentive, she guided us with how the menu works, what items to pick out and how to cook/ eat them. Will definitely be back! A couple notes for the tartare- it would be nice if it came with a couple more garnishes to mix in besides just the yolk. Also, the chips were on the weaker side, so if the intention was to use it for mixing in the yolk that didnβt work well.
